  1. 1. How much does the cleaning cost? 
Cleaning costs vary depending upon the area. Pilgrim Cleaners will give you a free estimate. You can call us or email us to schedule an appointment. All jobs are different and require different attention.

2. Do I need to be present for the cleaning?
No. Most of our regular customers provide us with a key or a garage code. If your home is equipped with a security system, please ensure that it is in an unarmed position prior to arrival. However, if you choose to be home, it is not a problem at all.

3. Will the same person come to clean our house every time? 

99% of the time you will have the same team clean your home. The only exception is if an employee is off that day. The other members of the team will be the same ones as before.

4. Are you insured and bonded?

Pilgrim Cleaners is fully insured and bonded, locally owned and operated, and is not a chain or franchise. We can provide a copy of our certificate upon request. Our staff has all passed background checks and have all been highly recommended.

5. How do I pay for my cleaning?

We appreciate payment on the day of the cleaning. Payment with check, cash or money order should be left on the kitchen counter. Returned checks may be subject to a $35.00 additional charge. You can also choose to have a credit card on file with us. The information is only available to the owner.

6. Do you provide the materials necessary for cleaning?

We provide our own cleaning chemicals, supplies and vacuums.

7. What if I need to change my cleaning schedule?

If you must reschedule or skip your regular cleaning day, we appreciate at least 48-hours notice. If we receive less notice it may be necessary for us to assess a full cleaning in the agreed amount.

8. What about my pets?

We are very pet friendly. All we ask is that you give us the proper instruction on how to care for your pets while we are in your home.

9. What if the job was not performed to my standards?

Please call us if you not satisfied with the quality of our work. We need to be made aware of the problem within 24 hours of the cleaning in order to redo the area in question at no charge.
